H & L Charter is a third-generation, family owned company, dedicated to supplying motorcoach service.

H & L Charter is a School Pupil Activities Bus (SPAB) certified carrier. We are also a Federal Department of Defense certified carrier for military troop transportation.

These certifications require that we conduct documented Preventative Maintenance on our coaches, provide on-going and documented Driver Training, require all drivers' participation in a federally mandated Drug & Alcohol Testing Program, have all drivers fingerprinted and background checked by both the Federal Department of Justice and the FBI. This all translates to your assurance of being chauffeured by the best trained drivers, all with upstanding backgrounds. We know you would not want any less assurance for the people who have entrusted you with making their transportation decision.

H & L Charter operates a fleet of state-of-the-art, wide-body, luxury motorcoaches in 27, 29, 47 and 56 Passenger Seating passenger models. We also offer wheelchair accessible motorcoaches in accordance with Federal ADA regulations.

All of our motorcoaches are fully equipped with standard features such as climate-controlled air conditioning, large panoramic windows, clean and functional restroom facilities, reclining seats with foldaway armrests, P.A. system and AM/FM radio, CD Player, DVD Video systems and more.
